Privacy Policy

FanvueOps (“we”, “us”) is an independent agency tool built on top of Fanvue's official public API. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Account information (email, name, OAuth provider IDs).
• Encrypted Fanvue API tokens (AES-256-GCM at rest).
• Synced metadata: chats, fans, transactions, messages — never media files.
• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, feature engagement).

How we use it

We use this data to operate the dashboard, surface insights, run the AI assistant, and send service emails. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Storage & security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer via row-level security. Tokens are rotated on a regular schedule and revoked on disconnect.

Your rights

You can request data export, deletion, or correction at any time by emailing privacy@fanvueops.com. Account deletion removes all synced records within 30 days.
